Manual Sorting
Bottles are strictly sorted by color (Clear/Blue, Green, Mixed). Caps, rings, label sleeves, and non-PET items are removed by hand.
Grinding & Sizing
Sorted plastics are fed into industrial granulators to grind them into standard flake sizes of 10-12 mm.
Hot Washing
Flakes undergo dynamic hot-washing at 90°C using specialized organic detergents to eliminate label glue, soda residue, and impurities.
Lab Inspection
Samples from each batch undergo moisture, PVC, and float tests. Approved batches are packed into 1-1.2 MT big bags for global export.
